Non-EU students wishing to work in Spain and who already have a job offer must apply for a work permit in accordance with RD 2393/2004, of 30 December, and as stated in Information Sheet 52 (for first-time applicants) http://www10.gencat.net/agaur_web/recursos/estrangeria/52.pdf or Information Sheet 53 (for application renewals) http://www10.gencat.net/agaur_web/recursos/estrangeria/53.pdf. This work permit only allows you to work part-time. If you wish to work full time you will be able to do so for a maximum length of three months, as long as it is compatible with your studies. Your work permit will expire on the termination of your contract and/or on the expiry date of your TIE (Tarjeta de Identificación para extranjeros), and you will then need to renew it.
