Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona is internationally renowned for the quality and innovation of its research. As part of its efforts to consolidate scientific research, UAB is offering predoctoral and postdoctoral grants in different fields. These grants are just some of the various proposals that will be available this year.

FI. Grants and support for universities and research centres for the training and hiring of new research staff in 2008 (FI) within the framework of the Catalan Research and Innovation Plan.

Amount of funding   
The total sum of each grant is €11,400 gross per year, divided into 12 monthly payments.

Applications period
-Personal applications must be submitted between 3 and 17 September 2007.
-Universities and research centres must submit their applications before 30 October 2007.
